Rules for using Project Stories services

1.OVERVIEW
Project Stories provides creative production services through:
- structured packages
- custom project requests (Shop system)
- a creator network
- project coordination systems
By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2.SERVICE STRUCTURE
Project Stories operates as a hybrid system:
- creative production company
- project-based service provider
- creator coordination platform
We do not guarantee specific individuals unless explicitly stated.
3.PACKAGES & CUSTOM PROJECTS
3.1 Packages
Packages are predefined service bundles with clear deliverables and scope.
3.2 Custom Projects (Shop)
Custom projects are scoped individually based on:
- complexity
- timeline
- production needs
- creative direction
Final scope is confirmed before production begins.
4.PAYMENT TERMS
- Deposit is required before production begins
- Remaining balance is due upon delivery (unless otherwise agreed)
- Late payments may result in delayed delivery
- Deposits are non-refundable once work begins
5.REVISIONS
- Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges
- Major scope changes require updated pricing and approval
6.CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
- provide required materials on time
- give clear feedback in consolidated form
- secure permissions for locations and participants
- ensure all content provided is legally usable
7.CREATOR NETWORK & PRODUCTION CONTRIBUTORS
7.1 Independent Contractors
Creators working with Project Stories are independent contractors, not employees.
7.2 Role of Project Stories
We act as:
- production coordinator
- project manager
- quality control system
- creator assignment platform
7.3 Creator Access
Creators may access only necessary project materials and must:
- maintain confidentiality
- use materials solely for assigned work
- not reuse or distribute content
7.4 Ownership
Upon full payment:
- final deliverables belong to the client
- Project Stories may retain copies for portfolio unless restricted
- Raw files are not included unless agreed.
7.5 Platform Integrity
Clients may not bypass Project Stories to directly contract creators introduced through the platform.
8.CONFIDENTIALITY
All project-related information is confidential and must not be shared outside the production process.
9.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Project Stories is not liable for:
- delays caused by client response time
- third-party material issues
- misuse of delivered content
10.TERMINATION
We may terminate or pause projects if:
- payments are not completed
- client breaches agreement terms
- project conditions become unworkable
11.GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.
12.CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
